UK orders

We aim to ship orders  received before 12 noon  on the same day.  Orders  received after 12 noon will be shipped the next working day.  Orders are shipped via UK Mail 24 hour service (www.ukmail.com) or Parcel Force 48 hour service,   signature is normally required on receipt of all orders.

UK delivery time estimates:

For UK mainland orders :  1/2 Working Days.

For UK non-mainland orders :  2/3 Working Days.

EU orders (Non UK):

Most orders received before 10am will be shipped on the same day. Orders received after 10am will be shipped the next working day.  Orders are shipped via DHL or Parcel Force or UKmail, signature is normally required on receipt of all orders.

EU Delivery time estimates:

For most EU countries:  3/5 Working days

The maximum shipping charge for most EU countries is between £12 - £16.

Western Europe :
Austria, Belgium, Channel Islands, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden

Eastern Europe :
Other EU countries not listed above. --- if your order is to be shipped to EU country, but is not listed above  – please choose Eastern Europe (EU) delivery option during check out.

Norway  (non EU country):
The shipping charges  for Norway are a slightly higher than other European countries.  The shipping charges depend on the weight of the order (start from £5.50 and the maximum charge is £24).
